History

Decided to open a new location here in La Mesa March 2014. After working in gyms and private training studios for close to 10 years, I have decided to venture out on my own and start All Performance Fitness, early 2013.

Specialties

I pride myself in providing results while encouraging and motivating you to become your best. I keep our work outs new and exciting by switching them up every day. I specialize in Boot Camp, Small Group Training, and Personal Training range between timed circuit workouts, Crossfit style exercises, to high rep challenge workouts. Putting focus on total body exercises, and single muscle groups. Being able to mix it up, doing different exercises daily is what sets itself apart from the rest. Few other areas of focus are: -Strength Training -HITT -Plyometrics -Weight Loss -Weight gain/Muscle Mass (personal training, bulking) -Competition Training -Strength and Conditioning -Meal Prep/Planning -Core -Corporate Wellness
