Established in 1988. Alitalia Pizzeria was founded by Ray, a professional chef of Italian cuisine. His passion for pizza combined with his respect for ingredients and love for his customers led him to opening his own pizzeria and cultivating his perfect pizza sauce. In 2022, Ray passed his ingredients and recipes to his best pupils who promise to keep the same beloved flavors flowing through town!
