History

I started Alex's Personal Chef Service after a few years of going in and out of the restaurant and catering industry. I wasn't happy with the direction my career was going. I have always been a hard worker and was always the first one to be at work and always the last one to leave. Even when I worked a regular job if there was extra work offered I was the one to call on, I hardly ever said no to work. So over the years I thought with all the time I put in at work why not work for myself and gain a more personal relationship with clients. After my Brother passed away after months of planning to start my business, starting Alex's Personal Chef Service was one way to fill the hole I had and to continue the promise we had made to each other that we wouldn't stop working till we reached our goals to do what we loved. For me that would be to live to cook and not cook to live. I Enjoy Talking about my business and about food period, it's what makes me happy and joyful. Chef Alex
