History

In 2014, Mitch Leichter and Gary Linker along with a group of investors bought Alexander Gardens Assisted Living creating a Bed and Breakfast Lifestyle for seniors. As a result of Mitch's 25 years of experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care Alexander Gardens offers a unique senior living environment. Combining an award-winning sensory integration program and life enriching activities and events provides a fulfilling life style for seniors. In 2018, Leichter and Linker bought Villa Alamar Memory Care adding to the ability to take care of seniors with memory needs. Together they are setting a higher standard for Senior Living in Santa Barbara.
