Alexander Evens, DO - Prima Medical Foundation

Dr. Gregg Tolliver grew up in Phoenix & attended college at University of California San Diego. He went to University of Arizona College of Medicine in Tucson, Arizona & completed a Primary Care Internal Medicine residency at The Cambridge Hospital. He then attended Harvard School of Public Health with a focus on International Health. Dr. Tolliver then completed his fellowship in Infectious Diseases at Boston Medical Center. Dr. Tolliver enjoys working with patients from all means & walks of life. He enjoys assisting the physician community in Marin with infectious disease cases. In addition to his clinical responsibilities, he also assists the Infection Control Departments of MarinHealth Medical Center & Novato Community Hospital.

Dr. Nisam is the Medical Director of Critical Care and Director of Respiratory Therapy at MarinHealth Medical Center, in addition to being a pulmonary consultant for complex lung and intensive care medical problems. He also is rewarded by helping patients in the office, with pulmonary conditions such as: asthma, pneumonias, recurrent airway infections, chronic cough, COPD, smoking cessation, chest pain & shortness of breath evaluations, pulmonary embolism, pulmonary hypertension, pneumothorax, improving exercise lung performance, lung nodules/abnormalities seen on chest x-ray or CT scans, and sleep apnea - signaled usually by snoring and excessive daytime somnolence. He currently practices in Larkspur, California.
