Had some Film equipment broken from a shoot I did near by. Alex was able to repair my audio field recorder in less then 2 hours. He saved us from not having any audio on our film shoot that day....

Customer service was fine but they didnt fix my unit like they said they did. Charged me $90 and my unit is still malfunctioning the same as before. Sucks.

Perhaps the service was fine a couple years ago, but it SUCKS NOW IN 2013! Avoid these people. They removed my receiver from my home, kept it weeks, the repairs worked or 1 or 2 times then...
