Alex Pereira

History

Alex received his real estate license in 2014 and since then has been working full time helping his clients navigate the ins and outs of residential real estate. His abundance of experience makes him a powerful ally when looking to buy or sell a home. Even at the young age of 33, Alex had already worked with hundreds of clients and been party to over $400 million in residential and commercial sales. He lives and breathes real estate and his goal is to take all of the stress out of the real estate buying and selling process. He is proud to offer white glove service to all of his clients and is available for anything his clients might need to accomplish their real estate goals, whenever they need him.

Alex specializes in working with first time buyers, sellers, investors, and relocation clients from the Bay Area looking to move to Sacramento, Roseville, Folsom, Granite Bay and El Dorado Hills. He has experience selling vacation homes in Napa and Tahoe, multi-million dollar luxury properties and estates, as well as starter homes, land and off-market portfolio deals. He loves making his clients lives easier by taking the stress out of the transaction and prides himself on his attention to detail, responsiveness and negotiation skills.
