Albany High School

Albany High School serves students in grades 9 through 12. Its educational programs include instruction in science, English, mathematics and social studies. The school also offers foreign language classes in French and Spanish, as well as advanced placement courses. Albany High School additionally provides the English Language Learners program and guidance counseling services. Its athletic activities include football, basketball, soccer, wrestling, swimming, golf and tennis. The school operates mountain biking, novel writing, theater and culinary arts clubs. Albany High School features a library that stocks more than 12,000 books and over 35 periodicals. The school administers a parent-teacher-student association. It is governed by the Albany Unified School District.
