History

I have been practicing immigration law exclusively for over 18 years - since 2000 - and opened my solo practice in 2010. In 2012, I became certified as a Legal Specialist in Immigration & Nationality Law by the Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California.

Specialties

My office specializes in marriage green card cases and fiancee visas, consular processing, removal of conditions on residence, family and business immigration, political asylum, U visas, DACA, and citizenship/naturalization. I am a Certified Specialist in Immigration and Nationality Law (certified by the Board of Legal Specialization, State Bar of California). Because of my extensive experience and specialization in immigration, I can understand the big picture in your case and provide you with the right strategy and guidance. I am attentive and respond to my clients right away. I try to make things user friendly and simple for clients as well. I charge a fee for an initial consultation. However, if I am hired within a week, I credit the fee, so it ends up being the same as a free consultation. I charge flat fees in installments, so you will know what you will be paying up front. My office is conveniently located across the street from the Glen Park BART station, close to muni, and is right off routes 280 and 101.
