Alameda County Law Enforcement

Alameda County Law Enforcement is a division of the Alameda County in California. The sheriff s office serves the residents throughout the state. It employs more than 100 individuals in its departments, including law enforcement and corrections. Its other security departments include divisions, such as civil process, court security, crime prevention, investigation, patrol and records division. The department provides security services to the county courts, transportation of prisoners, civil and criminal process, and maintenance of jails. It also offers a wide range of services, such as criminal investigations, court room security, and security of civil processes. It organizes crime prevention and drug abuse resistance education programs in schools and colleges. The sheriff s office is located in Oakland, Calif.
