Victor Jin Victor Jin's name is synonymous with Property Investment Services both have an established reputation for superior service, knowledge, integrity and trust. Victor Jin is a commercial real estate broker specializing in the sale of income properties. He has been a Realtor since 1976 and a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1984. A San Francisco native, he attended secondary schools in San Francisco and graduated with a BA Business from San Francisco State University. He also obtained an MBA from Golden Gate University. Victor Jin is one of the founders of Property Investment Services established in 1984 in San Francisco. A second office was established 1986 in the City of Alameda. Property Investment Services in the only real estate brokerage in Alameda that focuses and specialized in the sale of commercial and income properties in the Greater Bay Area. Victor Jin has served on numerous non-profit boards ranging from non-profit housing, to social services and business organization like the Chamber of Commerce. Victor Jin has been recognized by his peers by being awarded the Realtor of the Year in Alameda and by the business community for Business Man of the Year by the Chamber of Commerce.
