The front desk and the receptionists are rude. The doctors are fine doctors, with excellent bed side manners and care. However, the receptionists have no sense of urgency with poor choice of words...

The 3 stars are fully for Dr. Allen. He definitely takes his time with you, listens, and give guidance where needed and his assistant is also wonderful. The -2 stars are for the front office...
