I first started my business in 2002 within Brookhurst Plaza, and our small bakery soon became bustling with customers. In 2009, We had a fire that destroyed our original location, yet even this adversity did not restrict the growth and development of our business. We have since then moved to a bigger and better location, and our passion is only stronger.
Specialties
Our business specializes in authentic middle eastern flatbreads, known locally as Mana'eesh. We have plenty of variety in our flatbreads, which resemble a personal pizza. Our toppings include various meats, chicken, cheese, herbs, and much more.

I hate to do this but it's a big shame . The quality of my last order was horrible , taste was awful , quality was bad , burnt . Over all a declining bakery . They re did the place, the ambience...

Yeah, this is place is outstanding. We're on travel and ordered some things to take back for family. Friendly service, fresh ingredients, and authentic.

I got the cheese flatbread and hummus, which came with a huge serving of bread (as well as some tomatoes, etc).! Everything tasted great, hot out of the oven! Btw, they do sell Dubai chocolate...

Excellent manakesh in OC!! They do take some time to bring out your food so be prepared to wait a bit but it is well worth it. Service was amazing despite them being busy. Highly recommend trying...
