After working in the legal industry for decades, I realized that the number of disputes were increasing at an alarming rate and the courts still remained outdated and very slow in delivering judgement. I chose Altenative Disputes Resolution because, it offered disputants the chance to take control over their case, it gave parties the right to privacy, it gave them the chance to settle their problems amicable and it offers the chance mend and preserve their relationship.
