A family-run winery and vineyard in the heart of Temecula’s wine-growing region, the history of Akash begins with a mom, dad, and son with a vision. A photo of a vineyard, perched on a fireplace mantle 20 years ago, embodied the Patel family dream. In 2010, that vision took root in the sandy loam of the beautiful Temecula Valley, when they purchased a 20-acre parcel of prime vineyard land. Working alongside renowned winemaker Renato Sais, the Patels craft wines that are both unique and familiar. Three distinct labels, one sourced from their meticulously farmed estate vineyards, one from neighboring vines, and a third highlighting other fabulous growing regions, offer something for every palate. Join us on our gorgeous, open-air patio overlooking our estate vineyards, where you can enjoy not only our stellar wines, but a regular rotation of food trucks and pop-ups on the weekends, plus our very own microbrews.
