The Pacific Aikido Federation (PAF) is an organization of dojos dedicated to the practice and promotion of Aikido, under the guidance of Shiohira Sensei, a 7th dan Shihan from Aikikai Hombu Dojo in Tokyo, Japan. With a commitment to the philosophy and techniques of Aikido, PAF offers various training opportunities, including advanced black belt classes, meditation sessions, and intensive training camps throughout the year.
Shiohira Sensei serves as the Chief Instructor for the federation, regularly visiting member dojos to enhance the training experience. PAF also organizes seasonal retreats that immerse students in both Aikido practice and Zazen meditation, fostering a deeper understanding of the art and its principles.

Great children's class on Saturdays. Non competitive atmosphere and the teachers are terrific. The kids seem to really enjoy the fun and laid back atmosphere, while learning the 'gentle way'.
