History

Our micro-real estate enterprise programs are staffed by competent, committed professionals, who, because of their language capacity (English, Spanish, Korean, three dialects of Chinese, Vietnamese and Cambodian) are accessible to our target populations in Central and South Central Los Angeles, Downey, Whittier, Los Angeles County, Orange County and the San Gabriel Valley. Our high rate of success among low-income first-time home buyers, approximately half of which were women and 80% were ethnic minorities, can be traced to our staff's dedication to provide bi-lingual advice and guidance over extended periods of time, as well as our ability to link low-income first-time home buyers/entrepreneurs with sources of home-loans (With Tier-one mortgage lenders) to start or expand their real estate investment. Many of our projects have been in collaboration with other community based families and institutions (e.g., Bank of America, Wells Fargo Bank, Chase, etc.).
