For the first 4 years I worked for various lawyers. Thereafter I became a solo practitioner, later merging with a colleague, and finally, went solo with the assistance of 3 employees, I joined American Immigration Law Assn (AILA) where I served as President of the So Calif chapter. During my practice I acquired many recognitions and awards.
