Founded in 1959, Aerocraft Heat Treating is an independent commercial heat treater of steel, titanium and high temperature materials. It processes forgings, castings, bar, plate and rough machine parts. The company has received and ISO 9001:2000 certification from the International Organization of Standardization. The company operates more than 15 custom-built, batch type, gas fired and air atmosphere furnaces. Aerocraft Heat Treating also handles straightening and forming work. Its additional services include Hardness Inspection bar de-twisting and mechanical and metallurgical testing. The company s facility is spread across an area of over 129,000 square feet. Its equipment includes Multiple Brinell and Rockwell hardness inspection machines.
