History

AHIS was founded in 1999 by certified Master Inspector Michael Jones, who built the company into one of the premier home inspection services in San Diego County and its surrounding areas. Michael and his team logged in thousands of inspections while maintaining excellent client ratings for efficiency and accuracy. Michael's long experience in San Diego and the surrounding counties, and his insights into the home inspection process, have added immeasurably to the quality of service AHIS consistently provides.When Michael made the decision to retire in 2010, Bob Guarino, who had worked with Michael prior to his retirement, jumped at the chance to take over ownership of the successful company, viewing it as the perfect opportunity to bring together and apply the skills he had gained from his own experience and work with buyers, realtors, and inspectors alike. In 2013 Bob recruited Rick Marino as a partner in the business to meet the increased demands of the market.
