Rates had gone up a lot.... Service is poor and now everything they do to fix any issues has to be done on line .... Customer service is horrible .... I have been with ADT 12 years and it's time...

Once you subscribe they will make you crawl on your knee to cancel the service. I had to make 3 phone calls ea ch of 1 hour and yet I haven't got my subscription cancelled.
