-1 If I could! First of there needs to be a better system for picking up cars takes forever took 3 weeks!! Had to go back and forth just to speak to someone and get things settled fucken...

They take forever to give you anything back . Short cholo looking dude with a cap always has an attitude and acts like he owns the place . Pathetic. And they don't even let you properly inspect...

I had a simple & easy redemption process. I was nervous reading the other horrific reviews however my process was simple, easy & very quick to recover my vehicle.
