I really enjoyed this scavenger hunt old fashioned country style hostel near Union square ..it's tucked away on Isadora Duncan st ..I could recommend a list of fun hostels to try ..the draw shade...

Really chill, friendly, helpful staff. Stayed in the 10 bed dorm style. Slept well, got in late and out early. Facilities are great. My advice, buy a small towel from the local target.

I was put on a different bedroom than the reserved, a group of people arrived and kept making noise at 4 am. Nobody could give an explanation.
