Paso Robles, CA 93446

The Adelaida Historical Foundation is dedicated to preserving the rich history of the once thriving community of Adelaida, located in the picturesque hills between San Simeon and Paso Robles. With the restoration of the one-room school house, the foundation serves as a repository for historical information and artifacts, while also providing a local community center for the heart and spirit of Adelaida to endure.

Experience a day of old-time western fun at the Adelaida Annual Roundup, featuring trail rides, a delicious BBQ, wine tasting, and a silent auction. The foundation also offers the unique opportunity to host rustic weddings and events at the historic school house, surrounded by vineyards and pastoral ranches, providing a one-of-a-kind venue with full kitchen facilities and ample parking.

Youth Arts Foundation

About PRYAF The Paso Robles Youth Foundation is starting it's 9th now, and we're beginning to see or ultimate vision realized. As our older students begin to move on and enter the working world, college, and other bright futures, we have the privilege of seeing the positive impact the arts have had on their lives. Our students are confident, well rounded mature young people that are eager to grow into their full potential as a member of this community. The wonderful thing about this place is, is that by encouraging the arts and creativity, we are also providing a venue in which children can stay children. The arts provide a positive outlet and a better means of dealing with the pressures of the world. In this way we have been able to help our students stay out of gangs and out of trouble. The Paso Robles Youth Arts Foundation desires to make available to all students the wonderful world of the arts, regardless of financial limitations. Although our classes are free of charge, we strive for the professionalism that would be expected from an art school. We hold our student to a high behavior and attendance standard. Currently we have 400 students coming through our doors each week to participate in 45 classes. As our family here at PRYAF grows, our waiting list gets longer, and our financial needs are certainly not shrinking. We need the community to see how important PRYAF has become, and how necessary it is to help us continue being the unique facility we are. We receive no government funding, we rely entirely on donations and private funding. Thank you so much for your time and support.
