My name is Adela, I am an Ayurvedic Medicine Practitioner and Yoga instructor. I propose an Ayurvedic approach for today's busy world while remaining rooted in the classical traditions. Ayurveda is the science of medicine of India. My work aims to integrate ancient native wisdom with modern scientific research.
