History

Tiffaney Arrouzet is a practicing certified massage therapist and Myofascial Release (MFR) specialist with over 19 years of massage experience. She mastered the fundamentals of massage therapy at The Body Institute of Granite Bay, focusing on deep tissue and sports massage. Wanting to provide a more effective service to her clients, she began focusing on Myofascial Release -- a less abrasive technique than deep tissue and sports massage therapy with more long term results for her clients. In 2001, Tiffaney completed Myofascial Release certification with John Barns, the leading expert in the field. She continues to attend seminars to deepen her awareness and ability in the technique. Tiffaney became a therapist because of a natural desire to help others. She is dedicated to facilitating healing by creating long-lasting solutions to any number of health problems, and by empowering clients throughout the process.

Specialties

The use of Myofascial Release allows me to look at each client as a unique individual. My one-on-one therapy sessions are hands-on treatments during which I use a multitude of Myofascial Release techniques and movement therapy. I promote independence through education in proper body mechanics and movement, self treatment instruction, enhancement of strength, improved flexibility, and postural and movement awareness.
