After working for years as restaurant chefs, Les and Tara decided it was time to branch out, and work more directly with their favorite farmers & wineries. Adafina Culinary is a world class catering service as well as specializing in a small line of retail products. Charcuterie, pastas, jams, jellies & pickles. Products are available at the Cheese Shop Healdsburg.

We develop innovative and fresh ideas for your occasion or event, using the abundance of Sonoma County and our many farmers, producers, and ranchers. We craft all of our menus with seasonality in mind, created at the peak of our growing seasons. Adafina hopes to leave you with sense of place, as well as peace of mind about how your food is sourced; all in this beautiful northern California wine region.
