True to its name, “Addendum” is an addition or footnote to Ad Hoc, Chef Thomas Keller's casual American restaurant serving a daily- changing four-course menu. Addendum, located behind Ad Hoc in the garden, serves BBQ and American favorites to-go or to enjoy on picnic tables. Guests have a choice of our famous buttermilk fried chicken, crispy chicken sandwiches or pulled pork sandwiches. Groups can enjoy buckets of the the buttermilk fried chicken to share, while larger parties can work with the events team to plan a full garden buyout.
