ActiveCare In-Home Services is a local family-owned business that strives to care for our elderly loved ones. With today's high tech, fast moving and volume driven home health agencies, the personal touch can be easily lost. Instead of moving into a care facility, many seniors prefer to stay in the comfort of their own homes. But sometimes senior citizens need a little extra help taking care of themselves. We understand that it's not always possible for you to be there with them, which is why we offer full and part-time in home senior care. We are dedicated to keeping Mom and Dad safe wherever they want to be - whether that is staying at home or going on outings or social engagements. Our home care services provide a friendly, trained professional caregiver to assist with activities of daily living. We recognize that each individual is unique with different needs and lifestyles. All care services are molded to fit their situation, no matter how much or how little help they need.

Our goal is to keep Mom and Dad independent, giving you peace of mind. We understand the stress a family experiences when a loved one can no longer take care of themselves and we are committed to providing families and their loved ones with the dignity and respect we all deserve. Because all Moms and Dads have individual needs, we will assess all of their personal needs building a care plan to keep them healthy and engaged. You might like to have ActiveCare on site. We take pride in sending our highly experienced caregivers to the homes of Moms and Dads in Sacramento and surrounding areas. All of our caregivers are personally screened, DOJ background checked and have long term experience in home care services and/or skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. And we also offer care giving training in transfer skills, dementia care, cognitive activities, and senior fitness as needed.
