History

Active Nutrition Plus started in San Diego 2008. Art Aviles, Exercise and Nutrition Coach has been training clients for over 20 years. He then incorporated holistic lifestyle and nutrition program in 2008, which is when Active Nutrition Plus came together. Now working out of the Long Beach area and surroundings.

Specialties

Ultimate health, physical fitness, and sport specific optimal performance. We focus on physical fitness from the core out. Workouts consist of: Cross-Conditioning, Cross-Training, Functional-Resistance Training, High Intensity Training, Fitness Fusion, Body weight, Free weight training, or Sport Specific. You can call it what you want, it's a workout customized to your wants and needs and at it's great for all levels and ages. Group classes are cross-training in a fast pace indoor dojo. Again, we work with all levels on a timer, everyone does their best at their own pace. PRIVATE 1-1 or Semi-private: Personal Training in private gym or outdoors settings. Available for morning sessions: 5 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. Customized 30 minute workouts, 3 times a week, with Free Assessment & Nutrition Program.
