Action Management

History

Action management began business in 1981 and has managed a sizable chunk of long beach's multi-family properties over the course of it's now 30 years in existence. In 2009, the company was purchased by Randy Daaboul, a broker who has worked in residential and commercial property management for 15 years. Mr. Daaboul has managed a commercial portfolio that was made up of more than five millions sq. ft. of commercial space. To compliment his extensive commercial knowledge, Mr. Daaboul choose to appoint a colleague and long-time friend, Sandra Felicaino, to the role of managing partner and an expert in property management. With the two now working together, they have begun to resurrect the company into a full service asset management firm. Long Beach is just the beginning for the companies goals for success. In the future, Action looks to expanding its commercial and retail portfolio and to expand further into Orange and Los Angeles counties.

We are a full service property management service specializing in multi-family housing properties of all sizes as well as commercial, retail, and mixed use properties. Units under our management are cared for like our own. Maintenance is carried out by our own in-house maintenance company that schedules and coordinates any maintenance that might arise. We are not in the business of collecting rent, we are in the business of making sure that all of our clients are treated fair and in a efficient manner.
