I tore my left ACL and went to Colima Care to get a MRI referral on 1/14/16. The whole appointment took about 5 minutes. I told the intake nurse that I tore my ACL and she looked at my ANKLE....

Appointments mean nothing to the staff and I presume the same goes for the doctors. I've never been seen at the appointment time given. There's never a valid explanation, ie "rooms are full"....

Terrible "customer service". Office staff is unfriendly and some of them are flat out rude. I've been bringing a relative here for their appointments and it doesn't matter whether we are 20...
