I contacted ACE Customer Service Support, and I got my $6.95 parking reservation refunded. You have to show them the receipts. FYI, Customer Service doesn't work on the weekends. There's a ACE...

This place want you to pay for not using their parking services even when you have already cancelled. They threat you and harass as much as possible. Don't use their services they are awful.
