Went in today to look for a tap and die set to finish up working on my motorcycle. The store just reset some of their aisles so they helped me track down the set in a bunch of plastic bins....

Poor to average customer service. I heard an employee swearing when he helped a customer. Most times they don't the products or there location in the store.

Never helpful, long wait for service, I just walked out after waiting 10 minutes for their key station. Worst service in one of the few hardware stores left in town.
