Update on my 2020 review: Nothing has changed except it is even worse. Customer service by managers is terrible, they still point and tell you what aisle, too busy to walk you to the item....

Service is friendly and staff members are helpful. They have always had what I needed, even if the prices are a bit high. They copy keys on-site. The only downside is that the hours are so limited.
