Access provides coverage for various state government programs, such as Medi-Cal managed care programs and the Healthy Families program. Through its Geographic Managed Care Program, the firm provides access to a complete array of specialists, such as orthodontists and periodontists. The company also administers Los Angeles Pre-Paid Health Plan, a state-sponsored dental program offered in Los Angeles County. Access is headquartered in Sacramento, Calif.
