Garden-centered apartment building has been a fixture in Fullerton. Initially built as part of a Christian college community, the building has been renovated since with renewed fixtures, plumbing, and many other amenities since. The building now includes an in-house salon, 2 upstairs patios, 2 extended activities rooms, and 2 wash rooms on each floor.
