Lack of follow up and communication. I sent multiple email and left multiple voicemails. still no response. Whats the purpose of providing email and voicemail if the agency doesn't respond to either.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They are supposed to be helping low income people but they are totally unethical. They bait and switch people. If you can't move into one of their apartments...
