UCPCC was founded in 1954. Today, we serve more than 1,100 children and adults, along with their families, with a broad range of disabilities and special needs, including cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, autism, traumatic brain injuries, and other intellectual and developmental disabilities. aEUR<Central California which include Merced, Madera, Mariposa, Fresno, Kings, Kern, and Tulare counties. We recognize our students have a wide range of desires and needs, and we ensure everyone who walks through our doors has access to and opportunities for community engagement and life-enhancing programs. Arts & Agriculture in the Community students are increasing mobility, becoming advocates and increasing their social sphere. Center for the Arts & Technology goals include learning to use adaptive technology, growing food in our garden and selling works of art. Home Adaptive Program offers one-on-one exercise programs or educated integrated programs (either in the home or at the program site).

Founded in 1971, Clinica Sierra Vista, earlier known as Sequoia Community Health Centers, is one of the largest, private, nonprofit, community-based and governed agencies in California. The agency manages more than 20 sites. It serves low-moderate-fixed income and frontier-rural-urban-migrant-homeless patients. Clinica Sierra Vista serves people in Kern, Fresno and Inyo counties in California. The agency operates mobile units that provide medical and dental services. It offers behavioral health services, as well as health promotion and outreach programs. The agency manages the Death Valley Health Center and the Arvin Community Health Center. It operates WIC, which is a supplemental nutrition education program for women and children.
