A to Zen Complete Chiropractic was founded by Dr. Whitney Tanner, a Southern California native for more than 20 years. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Science & Health Education at Cal State University of Long Beach. Dr. Tanner has a background in Community Health Education. When she started her Sport and Family Chiropractic practice in 2001 she was also working as a Health Educator at Orange Coast College. She utilizes her education background in her practice when working with patients' health concerns and implementing treatment plans. She Graduated from the Southern California University of Health Sciences with a Doctorate in Chiropractic in 2001. Dr. Tanner offers classic Chiropractic manipulation along with gentle light force adjustments so she can tailor the treatment and care to the special needs of the patient.
