Customer service is lacking. People shouldn't be so rude or intimidating. They act like you owe them a favor. I'm doing my business somewhere else now. I feel so much better come tax season.

They're charging me $927 for a fairly simple tax return!!!! And I thought Uncle Sam was greedy!! They are friendly at first but once they've finished your file and stuck their ridiculous charge...
