Booked my appointment and it was cancelled over text right before I arrived. I understand being busy for the holidays and I appreciate those trying to accommodate, but this is rather disappointing.

Hmm.. really giving her the extra star cause she gave me a ride home from the salon. My nails were very pretty but let me remind you it's a gel X set so you really can't fuck it up My issue...
