Wonderful atmosphere. My schedule is busy and they have a class from 5 am - 630 am. It let's me get a great workout in, and get home before the kids are up getting ready for school.

After 2 and a half years, I still love this place. New location is very nice. I'll add the photos. If your wanting to try BJJ, this is a great option. Very affordable.
