Really unpleasant experience here. Highly suggest not to go in and buy from the store at century city.. if anything go to Nordstrom where they have better customer service!

New store. The staff here are warm, fun and less pretentious compare to the Robertson location; although it's a smaller store with a more sporty selection.

The sales staff is very helpful and the jeans rock! Prices are going up for some of the jeans though :( . Tip: you can negotiate free shipping on your hemmed jeans if you tell them you'll buy them...
