Paid parking in that if you use this as a free lot, you pay for the towing fee. They have a parking attendant. Five minutes limit at 7 Eleven that's obviously unenforceable. No bathroom obviously....

Not open 24 hours. Been here multiple times late at night and it's always closed. I don't know why they don't just change their hours?
