Customer service is bad. Waiting for the cashiers to get off the phone. cashiers void your points and rewards savings without even asking.

I'm not even sure how many stars to give but this is my neighborhood 7-11 and now I'm not comfortable going there the guy with the nice hair is always in a bad mood and picks and chooses what days...
