I am a former resident. The owner of the Apt 606 is an awful landlord. Do not rent from her. There are other units in this building owned by better people.

66 Cleary Court is a condominium high-rise located in the Cathedral Hill neighborhood of San Francisco, designed in 1963 by the architectural firm of Jones Emmons and built by influential modern builder Joseph Eichler. The structure features 150 residential units, primarily three-bedroom homes, with modern amenities such as in-floor radiant heat, floor-to-ceiling windows, and private outdoor spaces that offer stunning views of the city.
The association emphasizes community and inclusivity, having maintained a non-discrimination policy since its inception. Residents enjoy a range of facilities, including 24-hour security, gated parking, and recreational areas with playgrounds and sports courts, making it a prime example of mid-century architecture and development in San Francisco.
