Flavor was definitely there! I just wish they had maybe added some more meat to it. I agree with the other reviews that the only thing lacking is the meat servings. It doesn't match what you pay.

The quality of the food doesn't match the $$$. We ordered catfish and oyster poboy, it was cold, oysters wasn't cooked thoroughly. Literally had 4 oysters with more bread than necessary....

Ordered gumbo via doordash. Holy smokes it was good! Amazing flavors and a really good spiciness level. Very savory with a good thickness...without that slightly burnt roux taste you often times...
