I brought hair from there, tight curl and put it in....3 days later it was matted and tangeled, went back..they blamed everyone except for themselves,( the stylist, the product i used..etc)...so...

I got my hair color treated. Bleached. Now it's a pretty dark brown streaked with blonde. Traumatized the hair but one week later it's still beautiful. No tangles whatsoever. =)
