This salon took me as a walk-in as the other salons around wasn't welcoming without an appointment. Stylist didn't listen to my request and her haircut greatly damaged my hair for $18 plus I let...

Cannot argue against value. $9 beats others in Chinatown for better quality cut and effort...and Elaine is super nice too. She does a great job with my hair and I go back every month now. Not sure...
